Since I became boss for myself and my colleagues I prefer hard working. Finally I understood what it means to be responsible for someone’s work effectiveness. Especially now, when it is hardly connected to my salary. This might sound funny but I didn’t want to be another guy that will stand and watch someone’s hand are they working properly. Because I was a worker like they are now, I know that many people are spending to much time on sites like facebook or twitter during time work. I invited every single man working in my company to tell them that I am going to block every site which is not related to what we do at work by web filter, but on the same time this time which their would normally would waste on facebook would go to the bank. I counted that it is going to be an hour a day, which will be going to what I have called fun bank. The didn’t know what am I talking about until I explained that this time in the fun bank has to be used as well and it is mandatory. But organizing this time belongs to me. First hours which will go there thanks to url filtering tool, would be spend on paintball. When I said paintball everyone’s faces became happy. That seems to be fair for everyone. We all have to work but at the same time we all can have fun right?
